The vice chancellor and some teachers of ISBM are very good, the rest of the people working there, Om Prakash Sharma, have bad habits, that is why I decided to leave the job and I am not going to work, otherwise everything was fine

Dislikes

If you are 10 minutes late for duty, your money will be deducted but your leave timing is 6:00 PM and you home at 9:10 PM, then you don't get even ₹1 extra, your money will be deducted wherever you go.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
