Nothing ..its one of the worst place to work with..ISBM-KOLKATA..I will recommend not to join...

Training was pathetic it's only 2 to 3hrs training session but trainer is not aware about the products and process, their is no working hours except few employees.. They used abusive language during one is to one meeting.. They have some pets.. Only they can survive.. High level of partiality & politics. In One word Isbm-kolkata is not at all right place to join..

Politics with managers and it is effecting to backend process give fake promise to students after leaving this company also i am getting soo many calls because of this people gave false promise and taking huge money

HERE THE EXPERIENCE OF COMPANY IS HORRIBLE, EVERY TIME YOU SCARRED ABOUT MAINTAIN YOUR JOB, WORKING ATMOSPHERE IS TERRIBLE.

TEAM MATES WERE GOOD BUT BOSES WERE BEHAVE LIKE HITLAR, THEY BEHAVED VERY BAD WITH EVERY GUY.
