Nothing good about working here. All the 5 star reviews here are fake which are being posted by HR. Cant see future working here anymore. The management is poor in decision making, never thinks about employees.

Dislikes

1. Every month our 10% salary is deducted in the name of variable bonus, which is never given. I have not received it from past so many years. 2. No appraisals. I have not received appraisal in last many years. We are just being burdened by more and more work. 3. Management is very biased to their close people and family members only. 4. Managers are very rude and illiterate people. They do not even know how to talk properly. 5. Very bad leave policy. There are mandatory shut down days during year end, for which you need to apply from your own limited leave balance, or else your salary will be deducted.

Nothing to like about this company. This is a Lala company they are running.

Dislikes

...u anytime without giving any prior warning and without letting you serve notice. They will bring up any silly excuse in such a way where they will not even pay your salary when they fire you. The managers and leaders are totally illiterate and useless people. They will shout at you and insult you in front of whole team, and when you try to reason back with them, you will be fired within 2 days.

Likes

They provide salary on time. Except this, I cannot think of anything else which is good about working at Iron systems.

Dislikes

This is a very very poorly managed company being run by few family members. Recently due to negative reviews on online portals, they have started pressurizing all employees to leave fake good reviews about them on the portals. Failure to do so might result in getting terminated. They have also started pressurizing the new hires to leave good reviews about them, or else they are threatening those candidates that their offer letters will be revoked, hence their career will be ruined.

Likes

...mployees to develop their skills. Flexible working hours and remote work option. Iron is a very good pay master, respect for personal time and work life balance.

Dislikes

As a company in a growth phase Iron Systems is still refining some processes and expanding its resources. While this can occasionally present challenges, it's exciting to be part of an organization that is evolving and making positive stride towards improvement. The leadership openness to feedback and proactive approach to addressing these areas is commendable.

It pays the bills. Well as long as its not medical.

Dislikes

...atsover NO PTO. You get 10 days, but you must use them for Meta "freeze" dates. You will have to take off days w out pay. Managers are worthless. They have no idea how to manage in the United States. Everything is India based and let me tell you, they dont treat each other well! Just a bad company, if you need something to hold you over while looking, then ok.... No raises ever!
