Better work life balance. On time salary and health care benefits. No micro management. Great place to learn and upskill yourself by having opportunity to learn various technologies.

They are hiring you with bigger package but they don't have client to serve you so after sometimes they are force you to put down paper .....choose wise if you are going to join them.

An offer good hikes and package, work culture is decent, actually depends on client.

If you get on pip and no other project is there then you can be asked to leave. Dont get fooled by HR they try to xonvince you that there is jon security at the end it boils down to you and your skillset.

Good company to work for. Good environmental and culture. technologies are new. Gives chance to learn new things. Proper training sessions are conducted every month.

Yearly Compensation hike has reduced considerably. little or no on-site opportunities.
