Better work life balance. On time salary and health care benefits. No micro management. Great place to learn and upskill yourself by having opportunity to learn various technologies.

Better appraisal as of now considering one to one discussion with end user so everything works fine

This company always have budget issue during appraisal. Once you joined don't expect yearly promotion or salary hike.people are here from part 2 year not getting any hike. Company won't care about individual. I won't recommend anyone else to work in this company

An offer good hikes and package, work culture is decent, actually depends on client.

If you get on pip and no other project is there then you can be asked to leave. Dont get fooled by HR they try to xonvince you that there is jon security at the end it boils down to you and your skillset.

Good company to work for. Good environmental and culture. technologies are new. Gives chance to learn new things. Proper training sessions are conducted every month.

Yearly Compensation hike has reduced considerably. little or no on-site opportunities.
