IRIS is very employee friendly in my experience so far. While meeting Client requirements, Company is quite adaptive in building employee friendly policies. Salary & Benefits are also quite competitive as per job market. while most of the work force is working from home, there is constant focus on self development & learning. Compensation structure is not good, more specifically in terms of Tax Saving components it's not giving options to employees to save enough tax. Leadership. HR and Compensation Team should work on it as a priority. Not having much Onsite travel opportunities at Mid/Senior Management level.
