If you get on pip and no other project is there then you can be asked to leave. Dont get fooled by HR they try to xonvince you that there is jon security at the end it boils down to you and your skillset.

Work life balance is good. Company helps employee to upskill themselves. Policies are good. No micromanagement.

Dislikes

Company helps to upskill but don't provide enough opportunity to implement that. Salary bracket is average company should take care of existing employees. Employees sometime don't get enough opportunity to work on new tech stacks.

Fewer clients, Fewer Projects Less Opportunity for Non-NCR employee. Now there is a push to work from the office. No appraisal this year. faced office politics in one of the project, though previous projects were good

...m but other departments aren't as good, given that its a CMMI level 5 company. The work on Projects isnt great, the only good thing is pay, free dinner and cab services for employees.
