...supporting all the employees across all the fronts [professional & personal]. Not only there is career development plan for employees, during pandemic, no salary deductions, layoffs or appraisal cancellation happened. In fact bonus were given, salary appraisals were very good [as compared to market] for deserving candidates and promotions were also given. In addition to monetary benefits, during pandemic all kinds of medical facilities were provided including vaccination, oxygen cylinders, information related to seats availability in hospitals, etc. For associates who lost their lives during these difficult times, IRIS provided monetary support for the family to help them to some extent.

If you get on pip and no other project is there then you can be asked to leave. Dont get fooled by HR they try to xonvince you that there is jon security at the end it boils down to you and your skillset.
