No job security, you'll always find a sword of being fired hanging around your neck. No stability. Since last two years there has been no appraisal. Work hours are pathetic, people don't care about norms or rules. Finish your work even if you are on hospital bed. There is a history of Iris, they hire and fire very often. So trust would be a major issue if you are joining this organization. They don't have devops team hence you'll need to work on saturday and sundays as well, to deploy the code on weekends.

In term of salary and perks , they are pretty decent and you will be recognized for any small contribution you make. Organization culture is pretty cool in term of leadership is approachable, HRs are highly helpful and guide you well. Certain Special Areas : 1. Good company to work for. Good environmental and culture. technologies are new. Gives chance to learn new things. Proper training sessions are conducted every month.

Yearly Compensation hike has reduced considerably. little or no on-site opportunities.

Gives 100 hike and permanent WFH to trap you.Iris teach you bid lesson : dont blind after the money ,analysis more about company,dont believe easily to Compeny HR and other consulting services compeny HR.

They apply a concept to get more project by hiring more resources.after getting project they will start cross cutting.they start complex interview round with already hired resources to fire 🔥 you . if they are not selected Iris put those resources on bench for 1 month for waiting interview result and the will not conduct more internal interview for them by this trick the expend 1 or 2 months after that you will get call from WFM team HR. and they will say Iris don't have project for you so just put the paper and start more opportunity out side. Iris has Spoiled the career of many people.So I urge you please don't join iris. many consultancy company also help to Iris for same. so dont believe on consultancy 's words
