Very bad boss iris have, the most worst person I ever met. Only his money have value others salary or energy have no value. OT work are compulsory but payment per hours is just 40/- . I request not to join this shop at any cost, if you are looking for money security than this job won't give you that. Hope for best and please try other companies. Strong hate to Mr. Umesh Gowda the owner of this Shop.

They are Cheats. There Managers and Founders Harasses their employees.

Everything. This is not an honest company. If employee is leaving the organization they do not clear its full and final payment. Manager of the company acts like a goon and if the employee is outside from the city they threaten them and treat they very unethically. Very poor work culture. No one should join this company especially people who are outside Mangalore.
