Given 3 star only for founders and the CTO. They are really good people.

Dislikes

I dont know where to start from, i come from top B school where we are taught that best leaders are non biased but got a reality check in carbon. Tech leads who are in the project from very start have created a closed knit group that belong from one state. While their intentions are mostly exclusion based from any outsiders. There is operational risk being created in the organization once the founders retire these people will be out of control.
