...esn't matter here the only thing matters is if your target is achieved or not! Baseless salary deduction No support from seniors Pay scale is poor Project Managers have target, based on which they deduct their salary If you can't achieve your target then you are of no use to them despite of sales team being there. Poor employee management No Job Security If unintentionally you got a client escalation than your team won't support you and you'll be the one who they will blame. They brag about their incentives but they give you target which is not all possible to achieve and projects are situational.

There is not at all any workpressure. The management is flexible enough to give yoy leverage for other subject you would like to do side by side. People are fine.

... Management.You actually have no work here good place to chill.No compensations.No salary hikes.

It’s fun to watch the manager play games and try to pull each other down the female manager in MR is a worst person to work with and has 0 knowledge of what’s going on No roster for managers it’s hybrid 3 days working but only for lower level manager works as per their wish or they are allowed to phone from home too

Everything... Sply lead generation management... Anish, aashish n most of team leads all belongs to same previous company... XDBS... They have a group in management promoting there favourite employees... Talent doesn't means anything to them.. just buttering that's all u have to do.. to even survive ur daily life there.... Work from home given to those employees only.... Don't ever join the company...
