"Job security was non-existent, and the work culture was filled with office politics, making it unsuitable for contractual employees. The management was very poor, with HR showing no involvement in any formalities, and company policies seemed inconsistent, varying from person to person. There was also partiality among the employees, as a diploma engineer was appointed as the manager of highly skilled engineers."

Dislikes

There is no proper induction or training, job security is lacking, career growth is slow, and salary growth is low. Travel requirements are high, there is a lot of office politics, and innovation is lacking. On the positive side, the work environment is good, and there is a good work-life balance. However, management doesn't pay compensation on time - it is paid after 3 months. Additionally, traveling allowances differ from person to person and this information is withheld from employees.

Individual take all responsibility,No one guidance and month end your seniors call for timesheet remained month's day no one talk or call. Did not give introduction about company policy or attendance/leave system did not know that present day attendance count or leave-Not had any digital platform ,if company had only for income tax declaration forms.

Dependence to another company,mostly like bachelor accomodation, travelling etc.Salary package very less while experience, higher qualification employee deployed

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

...n much experienced (so they can hire inspection engineers within 20k per month). There is no facilities (nothing excluding a minimum amount of salary) not even mediclaim, rest are far beyond imagination. Audit is far away, even project managers doesn't even bother to visit at sites. Deployed manpower and done. That's it. System of PF is also quite severe.
