...ent 3) Travelling expenses were late after 2 to 3 months, it's sometimes equal to your 1 or 2 months salary,though u have to continue travel by your own pocket 4) No fix promotion criteria, an Engineer I met & having good experience & knowledge of about 10 years was still worked at the same position till last 4 years & 1 non competent person get promotion in only 9 months having total experience of only 4 years by praising managers 5) Limited learning experience 6) No job safety, company has already remove higher authorities due to no work iissue

Job Security was not there, Work culture:- Politics and Not suitable for contractual employee, Management is very poor:- HR not at all involve in any formalities, Company polices are like there is not policy it defer from person to person.

No Proper induction or training, No Job Security, Career Growth is slow, Salary growth is low, high Travel, more politics, Work Environment is good, Innovation is nothing, Good Work life balance. Management Doesn't pay compensation on time. They pay compensation after 3 months. travelling allowance differ from person to person and it has been hide from every employee.

Worst organization to work for, if you are fresher and wants to gain experience gain experience on your own no one is going to teach you. Very bad management and bad staffs who even if not technical person they are going to pull your leg. Manager always trying to say put your own money and you have put like 5000 to 7000.

Please don't waste your time with this organization as soon as possible try to change only one thing is good salary comes in time besides it is worst organization

Salary credited on time. All sub offices are good except Kolkata region.

Kolkata office is full of politics and bootlickers. Good and hardworking employees get harassed and those who oil and bootlick their seniors gets good facilities, promotion and increment.
