Salary hike is very low compared to market standards.No career growth.Management not concerned about employees.Variable pay cycle is January to December,but you will receive it next year in April.

Work life balance is the best in IQVIA. You will get Udemy subscription and company sponsored Azure Certifications.

- Pay is less. Only while hiring you will get a good hike. - Promotion is not easy unless you are joining newly to the company. - Most of the higher management in IQVIA is hired from Capgemini and Wipro. You can hardly see them do any work.
