Nothing actually to dislike, it's a nice place to work, but in terms of compensation i can say it's a bit low bit agian it depends from projects. Overall it's a good place to work.

Likes

Flexible working and good time off. Compensation is ok, yearly bonus is just 50% on default rating.

Dislikes

Hike and bonus cycle is the worst in the whole world. It takes takes 4 months to get bonus and 7 months to get hike credited of last year. Management should think about it.

This company's bonus policy is a scam. They never tell employee that you must be employed on Mar 1st to receive the bonus of previous year. Even my manager thought the required employment date is Dec 31st. I even stayed longer so they can have time hiring new people. They never bother to tell me that if I stay 1 more week I can get what I deserve. They stole $30k from me. Apart from this, they are relentless in keep your billable target (they want 95% which is unreasonable). They told me to not record training time or time spent on filling out time sheet every week. Yes, you need to put details up to 15 mins for each week. It also makes you hesitate to take vacation time because that will impact your billable target. I worked hard all year to maintain this so they can steal it from me. There is no known number of PTO or personal day.

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor, Compensation and hike after performance cycle is not so good. Inspite of working hard and stretching work hourse post shifts the hikes which are given are very less.

Nothing there is no growth no salary hikes all the things are given to manager those who are not even skilled simply hired for name sake

Dislikes

The managers in IQVIA are not skilled they just give hike to their favourites those who do not work but just be good to managers
