...fe balance. You need to stretch your working hours and there is no overtime pay. Apart from that, the salary is not justified in which role you are working. Moreover, the incentive is pretty less and the promotion is sluggish.

They can fire you anytime as they don't have any project and they will not absorb in any other prone simply they will fire. Will force the employee to put a resignation in the above scenario. Which has happened with me abs have all documented No job security.

Salary gets credited on 25th. Lot of training material available.

Dislikes

No clarity on promotions, jobs, you are at mercy of managers. Hr and managers have no empathy. May be good for pharma but not for technology people. Healthcare sector but offices doesn't have gym. Even if you join don't overstay. hikes are very less.

Dislikes

No proper management decisions. I was hired by one and terminated by another. The reason for termination was no clarity as to when the Academy will start running (the same Academy for which I was hired)
