None, Can have a good culture if the team is good with a better manager and he has some spine to handle bad team members.

Dislikes

Bad Management, Less salary and no appraisal, new joiner need to take as much as possible during joining only, otherwise no salary hike or appreciation. Forget about onsite.

Hello everyone, I have got 11YOE in drug safety, Pharmacovigilance. In my last role i was with IQVIA as a project lead. I have joined as a healthcare consultant in a startup now (content strategy and customer experience).
