...se but always behave as dictator. Their behavior with subordinates is terrible. Appraisal will be done in Apr month but increased salary will start getting from Oct month.

I feel the only benefit is WFH and assigned no of leaves(depends on manager).Salary gets credited on time 👍🏻. Note:It all depends on your project.

Lots of demerits (depends on the project you are on) 1) Work pressure 2) No appreciation instead allocated more work. 3) The more you perform well the more work is being allocated 4) Sometimes getting a leave is difficult (depends on the manager - friends opinion) 5)Will have to work on weekends if productivity is low. 6) Helping mentality is less.Instead questioning you about issue is more. 7) Lesser no of people to ask for help.Waiting for their response is like looking into sky and counting stars 8) less no of people to work in a project= more Work load and burden on you.And on top of that if someone goes on leave needless to say... 9) no hope for project change

...eets for 10 hours a day. It impacts your physical and mental health drastically. Salary is very less compared to their competitors.

...or IQVIA, as it give me complete work balance by providing hybrid model culture. I'm satisfied with the job, salary and the bonus part completely. It is the best place for everyone who likes to work at the same time to spend time for personal life.

Salary !! Salary !!! Salary !!! Salary !! I mean You guys have made fortunes top list still you pay less ?? Why ? Work load is is there we work all hard but pay so less . I do not know why people Tend to get job in it , just because it is globally a Giant or is it for comfort ? that oh okay i do not need money i need chill Environment at office ! You will see like People with High position but don't think it is that high paying ! You will get Increment of 5-8% which nothing because you start so low that this increment will be so less to you
