Too many decision makers, but all converge to just one person that’s Finance Old timers in the system carry more weightage but new fresh people given very less chances

Good opportunity as a fresher, good training provided. Good facilities and support from management. Excellent transport facility.

Dislikes

Work timings and no pay for over time. Stingy about granting leaves , no internet facility provided Incase you have to work from home. Customer Is the ultimate, you have to give your best.

Workculture is amazing. Excellent opportunities to grow but rate of progress is slow, which is common in MNC's

Nothing. May be pay scale could be better, but where is that always satisfactory. In terms of work profile and environment, IQVIA is great

What I liked was Quintiles. It was a maternal type caring organization for employees. Employees just had to do their best and rest would be taken care of for them

Dislikes

...nsure you a small piece of pie. Even this small piece comes at a very dear cost. They take people from outside by paying high with less experience but are not willing to pay even high performers with a decent enough hike.
