What I liked was Quintiles. It was a maternal type caring organization for employees. Employees just had to do their best and rest would be taken care of for them

Dislikes

...nsure you a small piece of pie. Even this small piece comes at a very dear cost. They take people from outside by paying high with less experience but are not willing to pay even high performers with a decent enough hike.

I feel the only benefit is WFH and assigned no of leaves(depends on manager).Salary gets credited on time 👍🏻. Note:It all depends on your project.

Dislikes

Lots of demerits (depends on the project you are on) 1) Work pressure 2) No appreciation instead allocated more work. 3) The more you perform well the more work is being allocated 4) Sometimes getting a leave is difficult (depends on the manager - friends opinion) 5)Will have to work on weekends if productivity is low. 6) Helping mentality is less.Instead questioning you about issue is more. 7) Lesser no of people to ask for help.Waiting for their response is like looking into sky and counting stars 8) less no of people to work in a project= more Work load and burden on you.And on top of that if someone goes on leave needless to say... 9) no hope for project change

... a safety associate with one year experience in different projects and database. Salary is also reasonable and as per market values. altogether I have had a healthy work environment and also IQVIA understands to give their employees a good work life balance. I am happy to be associated with IQVIA.

The only few things I dislike is the timings and a little work pressure.

IQVIA is one of the best organization for clinical research. People can work in a shift if it is approved the manager if you are working in shift the transport will be provided to you. For general shift, they provide you with bus from thane and Borivali stations to Gcorp. Work in decent depends on your manager and team. They have some yoga programs and Zumba programs for the employees but hardly people participate due to the workload and strict TAT.

Dislikes

...nce you are expected to work on weekends sometimes and also after working hours. The company won't pay contract employees for overtime, they do pay permanent employees depending on the department you are in. I would be lying if say there is no politics and it's all sunshine and roses, it's all same everywhere anyway. Our manager used to call us contractors even though the work which we were doing was the same, it was humiliating sometimes. You need to share your desk also the chairs are not comfortable. In the end, I would say it depends on your team and the manger.

The company is good for those who want to keep good work-life balance. I like the fact that I am a part of forecasting team having good global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers are there to cascade every situation
