They do not support in lockdown. They also working in lockdown. I have been working from but they are not satisfied.

...ey will tell you there is no need of you in the company. The rules are very bad. They decuduct 3 day salary for 1 day after informing them in advance. There are many other rules you can't work freely there.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. They give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The family like Atmosphere where my colleagues, Management and students work in tandem. Students are courteous, of course some are naughty but then which children are not? They are respectful towards their teachers.

Dislikes

Too many exams. Not my opinion but this is the honest feedback from parents during the last 14 PTM'S I was part of.

Likes

It has a very comfortable working environment with open and transparent communication between members of the school. Teachers are collaborative and approachable for any queries.

Dislikes

Salaries are lower than other international schools in Bangalore, and benefits are limited as per my experience.

Likes

Work ethics who are actually want to be the real subject teachers they can only survive. They are friendly for the dedicated hard working teachers.

Dislikes

School transport they say they provide but it will not happen and Contract based company policies.thats all
