I have done one year job in IQ Infotech. I did not like the increment at all. Experience was very good for cultural activities. Very bad experience for appraisal..and I think appraisal is the important thing for every employee...

The founder Mr Sandeep Sharma he is a person who is having a great knowledge and keeps a positive attitude towards the employees and always provides a correct direction.. Yet I haven't experienced the same .. With any other organization.
