Work pressure was to the extreme, with very limited staffs, no growth in salary, no job security, without valid reason employee used to get sacked

I was working with this company from 2013 to 2019. Management of this company world most worst management. Have no system. Have no timing of duty. Payment of the employees not paid timely in a single month. Arear of the 2015 - 2016 till not paid and they have no responsibility for that. One kind of HELOTISIM situation in this company. My recommendation is that Don't join in this company. Road side Shop is far better than employment in this company.

I like about iq city, they r giving chance to learn new things & practical work u can do freedomly.

They are puting on nurses unnecessary work. Like cleaning stool. Shifting pt. By troly. This is not nurses work. But they r giving pressure to nurses to done this type of work. Tere is no GDA staff, few houskeeping present in this hospital. They are giving selary to staff very late time. & less selary giving to the nurse .

Very bad qualities of Local Management. Area payment till not paid from 2017. Who is a valuable worker HR have no knowledge. No proper promotion and increment policy. Internal politics.

Some higher management officer who are totally useless.
