...perience your suggestions your point doesn't matter. Company never pays on time. Always 3 months delay in salary and vendor payments still pending and some vendor payments pending for as long as 6 yrs. Management never listens to you. You cannot bring anything to table. They want you to get 100 rupees of work done in 1 rupee. Worst of all companies I have worked for and believe me I have worked in poor and good small and big companies also.

No proper work structure. No seriousness of work. No proper job security. No salary on time. salary delayed by 2 to 3 months. No proper time structure. No response or support given by managers.

...system of any kind. You are stuck with management which does not listens to you. There is no salary on time. Contractors/vendor payments are delayed by more than 4 years after work completion in some cases. Full and final settlement is hold by any reason they find. They threaten you with absurd legal cases. PF deducted is not ctedted on time and are delayed by more than a year. If you spend for the company forget about reimbursement of those. Very worst company. For each and everything you would be responsible. You have to bring business, you have to bring contractors, you have to get the work done, but if something goes wrong everything falls upon you.

Each and every aspect of the company. They never pay on time. Always try to cheat in one way or the other.

We get a different pleasure in doing yha pe work because there is a lot of support from seniors in it.

The only problem we have faced here so far is that transfers keep happening but still we manage because there is full support from the seniors.

5 days week, work culture, RH/Optional holidays, WFH policy. Focus on the process instead of value creation of the product, Product idea, inclusion of all the employees. Celebrations of all the events, birthday & celebration LWDs of employees.
