IP Metrix practices deadline management rather than proper project management. 15. The term "Pending tasks" is applied to all assigned projects, creating the impression that all projects are overdue, even when analysts lack the time to begin them due to the constant influx of new assignments. 16. The manager verbally abuses employees, regardless of gender, fostering a sense of inadequacy and questioning their job capabilities.

Poor work-life balance, salary increment is low, no promotions for analysts (personally seen from past 4 years), due to no skill development, poor work satisfaction, worst and toxic culture head count always below 20 (including admin, managements,..).

One man in the hierarchy. Blaming for others' mistakes. They use term 'pending task' even though we are not allowed to take those projects on time. Poor project management only deadline management is there. No promotion. No job security. Fake promises. They are thinking that providing tea and biscuits as food. Faulty AC. Only one restroom.
