New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. There is nothing special to like about this company. You just get troubled in your life. There is nothing special about working here.

Dislikes

I want to tell all my seniors and juniors who work in the corporate world and the retail industry that never apply for a job in Iper Mart Pvt Ltd. The HR policy here is zero. There is no security for the employees. There is no safety. The management uses abusive language. The owners of the company talk abusively and behave badly. Whether it is a male or a female, the biggest mistake of my life was to work here. I don't want anyone to come here and ruin their future in the future.
