Post-joining anticipate potential delays in the appraisal process and be open to receiving another offer letter for appraisal only if the company is inclined to retain your services. Many project coordinators not only fail to demonstrate a sense of responsibility but also consistently offer false assurance, making it a habitual practice to provide misleading information. Otherwise project area experience like management is poor, HR response is very late, consultant salary is delay, and promotion or shifted other projects is not good.
