Compensation is decent but payment of T. A. is late. Also slow growth for future. Work type is not good for me. I want to work in construction site but here only working on toilet construction and municipal solid waste management. So i want to change my job role. I want working in construction site and gain the maximum practical field experience.

It's advisable not to trust verbal assurance, given the general understanding that promises may not always be fulfilled. be prepared for unforeseen surprises and ensure that any commitments made IPE are documented, either on paper or through email, even after joining. Post-joining anticipate potential delays in the appraisal process and be open to receiving another offer letter for appraisal only if the company is inclined to retain your services. Many project coordinators not only fail to demonstrate a sense of responsibility but also consistently offer false assurance, making it a habitual practice to provide misleading information. This creates a challenging environment for individuals seeking accurate details to make informed decision about whether to switch or remain with the company.

Otherwise project area experience like management is poor, HR response is very late, consultant salary is delay, and promotion or shifted other projects is not good.
