Ipca is good company for beginners and manger level employee for salary and learning point of view. Good learning experience. Very Good Technical Head/ Manager in Process Engineering.

Politics was annoying. Salary/appraisal was deppresing there havent any apprisal of previous employes and deduction of PF was much high. Working enviorment was lazy. Work life balance was better.
