Ipca is good company for beginners and manger level employee for salary and learning point of view. Good learning experience. Very Good Technical Head/ Manager in Process Engineering.

...cts. They generally never respect the technical teams in Major unit like Ratlam. Salary structure of chemical engineer is poor as not respect and value of Process Engineering. Process Engineer always in traveling for sevaral reasons at several location

...st. Carrier growth was not satisfing at all. Teammates were good and coopertive. Deduction of pf from salary is good.

Politics was annoying. Salary/appraisal was deppresing there havent any apprisal of previous employes and deduction of PF was much high. Working enviorment was lazy. Work life balance was better.
