The company culture is very good for employees.i love the fact that I was a part of the team and I miss the company.

Overall I love this company and wants to join again in Future,but salary compensation is too low in comparison to market price.

It's an Ethical company and no limits for people who wanted to learn and grow. compensation is very low as compare to others for doer level...which is the reason of high attrition rate...policy makers need to think on it ...then it will fly like anything, and grow beyond measure for sure..

Low Salary Growth, less likely to be promoted and no new skill development. a person keeps doing the same work every year.

-No any work culture -QA person only available to stop the production not thinking about another way. - Hr department can not take strict action against non compliance and only support operator union no t thinking about other staff. - No transportation and mediclaim available for production staff as well as third class cantin facility.
