only one thing is there salary comes at the end of the month.

Not satisfactory, my settlement isn't done even after submitting all the documents and company inputs along with due payments , so much political environment is in this company, no good at all and is not a peaceful house.

Culture is worst.. no work life balance.. very kanjus organization. They dont pay you well. chategiri is too much.. favoritism is too much.. people are unprofessional... they keep vendors money on hold.. employees money on hold.. here there is manmani of heads.. he does favour to people and those only get promotion and monetory benefits... they dnt even give u full expenses.. they deduct it alot even it is your money and you paid it from your pocket for company work..

...d but managers are worst.training is good.job security nothing.0% career growth.salary is very less.appraisal nothing.ipca is full of politics specially my manager sadeep rai from lucknow.work invironment is very bad.no innovation.in totality i suggest to everyone dont join ipca

... the Indian multinational companies in pharmaceuticals sector, here training is good,career growth is also good, salary and appraisal is not so good as compared to the other Indian multinational, working culture is excellent
