Working environment , Job security, No Saturday working

Dislikes

There salary is less ,no health insurance policies, no canteen facility, no career growth, working hours are more and not flexible , No Saturday working still have to work

Nothing to like about working in this company.

...ckage, when I passed out my engineering, we had campus interview at our college. The salary is very low as compared to the job situation in market. There is no work life balance. This company force us to work even on weekends and there is no Saturday holiday in this company. There are no benefits for the employees even they do not provide the health insurance. They even force us to work on our sick leave days. The internal politics is very bad and the director of this company only favors to the employees belonging to his caste, this is very terrible and unacceptable. There are no promotion and appraisals after the completion of required time period / tenure. There is no job security, as one day the director of this company came and called 40+ employees including me to inform us about our last working day and we felt very bad about joining this company as a fresher. There is no skill development / learning for the professional growth and career. There is no work satisfaction working in this company. The company culture is worst and the management, HR team are very biased and they play very bad internal politics with the employees.

The tasks during the internship were created with a focus to not just profit the company but also it gave me a scope for exploring and learning. Every suggestion given would be taken into consideration without any discrimination. The working atmosphere is also very healthy without any stress and also the health of employees was given highest priority, great relationship between senior and junior, As an intern, I was able to explore and expand my knowledge. I was given the freedom to try my solutions. The workplace is friendly and the colleagues are cooperative.
