...pecially in Finance Management will force to serve entire 90 days notice period. Getting promotion and getting a good salary hike are once in a blue moon. If you are ready to face a worse situation in the notice period, you can join. You can never understand the performance appraisal calculation. There is no proper ERP, no supporting person available in Information systems team, only one person is handling entire IS team. Also, this company is one of the companies in the amalgamation group, we have to serve forcefully for other companies without getting any monetary benefits.

Mr.Balachander GM gave sever harassment to young officers and forced them to resign automatically. He put the rejection tag on. OCF ok parts. Redy to Dispatch.

I intrested in maintenance job,full supported in management for any improventvand madification our plant, but that covid 19 problems more affected all of industial though more employee affected

I am electrical engineer my rolls assistance shift vice 3 electrcian workinng but not there are not continue in 3years in the job because there are contractors new persons getting the management Freshers i getting again training the boys so breakdown times is more comes, thant dislike points
