Don't ever join this circus They literally spent more on micromanagement they have installed 2 softwares of tracking and want live location then compare them with software . The regional head North who sees BSC and north is pathetic ,no person from competion wants to work with him . You cannot travel in day to other city for business tour but regional head can travel . If you are on field whether you are ASM/ Head you cannot move from field after 6 in evening Even recruiters leave because of attrition rate . They give PIP letter in every 3 month .Hire and Fire They are now Tennant so that no one gets trapped

There is no work life balance and big issue in job security They follow hire and fire policy. Must aware about it, if you looking for join ! Travelling conveyance policy is very bad and not as per the market standard NO advance for travelling expenses and reimbursement after waiting for 3-4 months.
