Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

No I don't like a2z infraservice because this company not provide salary to there staff on time I was work 6month in a2z infraservice but I didn't get my salary of 4 month so i don't want to work next time with a2z infraservice

...agement is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and tha management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but carrer growth is slow.There is a bond of 2year before which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joinees

Teammates are over all good but lots of uneducated supervisor are working in this organization , salary is average but there is no career growth no traning schedule . One more things management do nothing they dnt even talk with their supervisor., Overall average company .
