There is nothing to like in company. Worst company don’t go there to ruin your career.

...in the company. Company is full of snakes, they will always try to get you down. And the most important part forget your salary that you will get it on time. You will regularly has to go to the owner to try and persuade him to release the salary as the owner is doing a favour. And if you will say that you need the money and it should be given on time then you will receive a termination letter with fake reasons. And the so called managers are nothing but useless fellows, they won’t do any work and just will sit out the whole day by gossiping and doing unnecessary stuff.

Great company with wide vision, CEO of compant is very supportive and helping, overall all employees are very good and friendly, some of employees get 100 percent salary hike for their performance. Work culture is great.

Dislikes

Hiring for new people specially in marketing should be more strict, new employees are good for nothing, performance are zero.they are in probation period but their attitude and behaviour are worst, some new marketing employee are not working proper. My suggestion for company is to be very strict with them otherwise will harm company reputation.
