I was working in SEO and hold experience of 3 years and now have decided to work in paid marketing, my previous company initially was paying me 3.72 LPA (1 year) and my current package is 5.5 LPA (6 months) Should I change and go for a higher package as well because I want stability in my job. What package should I ask for? 10 LPA? Can anyone recommend good companies where I can get stability in my job and can get this much hike as well? Preferred Location - Gurgaon/Delhi/Noida Else - Bangalore

Nothing good about the company.

Dislikes

...much of overtime and you must work on 6th days as well. No proper compensations. You will not get your promised referral bonus and the HR recruiters are very unresponsive. Keep in mind that the week Off’s will be changed every week without consulting with you first. Overall, totally not recommended.

...t give night shift allowances to any one in any projects other than palo alto 3. For fresher package is 4 but in hand is 24600 4. Rest is mbo and attendance bonus., which you will get like peanuts...they will take your leaves as well as attendence bonus as well... 5 kra for csat is very high, i just don't understand if you are not getting csat aa well as dsat how it is impacting their business. 6. Politics is their...TLs do scam ...they will make one of the college their gf...and help them solely without proper looking to other people. 7 . Everyday your manager will change your place .., school sitting arrangement is their. 8. Seniors behave like that we are shit. 9. If you are working in APAC or any other shifts..it will be continued for months...like 8..9 or more
