I have full satisfaction on Job security here. There's no need to panic on losing job if there's no project, the employees would be moved to another team. I like the work culture here and it's friendly with the employees. The management here is pathetic. It's like they have no mercy on employees. They're expecting to inform them for even a short restroom breaks. I hope this rule exists only on the team I work. I hate to work here because of these rules. I will suggest to work on this company but won't recommend for the team I work.

No compensation or benefit for employees on their salary. If you take cab or food they provide here, the amount will be deducted from our salary. The CTC provided here are not fair. They include the allowances with the CTC. The work pressure is not high but the pressure from the supervisors or leads and Managers are literally high. They have a set of rules to follow here, and those rules run you like are in a school. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Even they have a margin amount per employee while going for team outing. If it exceeds we need to pay them the excess amount. Work from home is not provided even on a emergency situation. The management wants us only for production and we get nothing in return. Another rule on applying leave is we can't apply a 2 consecutive days for leave along with weekends or corporate holidays. Employees here are utilizing the leave for the reason of travelling to hometown mostly. Some employees would come from a long distance which would take a whole day just for travelling. This leave policy is not employee friendly. Lots of domination from managers and Team leads. Lots of politics happening too.

...t give night shift allowances to any one in any projects other than palo alto 3. For fresher package is 4 but in hand is 24600 4. Rest is mbo and attendance bonus., which you will get like peanuts...they will take your leaves as well as attendence bonus as well... 5 kra for csat is very high, i just don't understand if you are not getting csat aa well as dsat how it is impacting their business. 6. Politics is their...TLs do scam ...they will make one of the college their gf...and help them solely without proper looking to other people. 7 . Everyday your manager will change your place .., school sitting arrangement is their. 8. Seniors behave like that we are shit. 9. If you are working in APAC or any other shifts..it will be continued for months...like 8..9 or more

Worst company, hiring managers says they will give good package but in offer letter u get completely different and in hand it peanuts, they cheat in the name of variable pay, they never pay it but show in offer letter as 15% , u work 100% but get paid 60% as others amounts will be taxes and deductions

...ng you to complete the task. If you are in leave they said to connect in remote. About job security - they simply layoff and blame salary package is high so for cost cutting they release from the project. Even that dumb managers who got more salary then you and year hike. They will not removed for cost-cutting.

...e place and treating like school, no professionalism and freedom to work at all. The salary structure, even before the appraisal meeting they will be fixed with your wage and further opportunities. A good licker can grow and a strong skilled employee can walk out.
