...t give night shift allowances to any one in any projects other than palo alto 3. For fresher package is 4 but in hand is 24600 4. Worst company, hiring managers says they will give good package but in offer letter u get completely different and in hand it peanuts, they cheat in the name of variable pay, they never pay it but show in offer letter as 15% , u work 100% but get paid 60% as others amounts will be taxes and deductions
