Politics is their...TLs do scam ...they will make one of the college their gf...and help them solely without proper looking to other people. 7 . Everyday your manager will change your place .., school sitting arrangement is their. 8. Seniors behave like that we are shit. 9. If you are working in APAC or any other shifts..it will be continued for months...like 8..9 or more

About job security - they simply layoff and blame salary package is high so for cost cutting they release from the project. Even that dumb managers who got more salary then you and year hike. Without knowing us they sign bond for 2 years and if we want to leave company the we have to pay 2 lacks. It is very worst thing about this company. Job security is not there. Having so much Politics.

Average work environment and there could have been less micro management, Teammates always looking out for us supportive and the management should start being ears for their employee. Cafeteria is good but not the food and drinks, company policies must be redesigned, senior employee working for 2 years haven't received their appraisal, overall it's a company for fresher to pull in with bond and not for experienced.

Dislikes

Adding to the points above lot of cheap politics, community based appraisal, salary is decent, senior management can have word with HR department to come up with changes.

A good place to learn and an excellent place who want to start their career in IT. On-time salary.

Dislikes

1. a very minimal percentage of the hike. 2. Medical insurance only for employees and spouses not available for parents. 3. Don't expect special gifts at festivals they will not provide single gift voucher.
