I like the work culture. Glad to say that the way management treat the employee is pretty well.

Dislikes

Company has to focus on few of the Employee benefits like Early joining Bonus, Base location transfer claim and Parental Health Insurance. Also, Employee (Natural Death/Accidental) Insurance coverage amount is very less and looks not fair enough. Please prioritise on this as its a primary need of the Employee's famiy once respective employee "no more".

Not a best place to grow..they are lots politics inside And also the salary and increment won't be sufficient for you Even You don't get free food and cab Management should think about this all..

Dislikes

Not ideal for experienced professionals. Salary remains similar to your previous company’s, even with a 40% increase. A 2 lakh fee applies if you leave within 18 months, including any applicable joining bonus. Employees may be placed under PIP without clear justification; the actual reason often being over-hiring. Follows a hire-and-fire culture.

The inventive structure is good but they find loopholes when giving salary.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is terrible. Even if you are unwell but can simply walk somehow, you are bound to come to office. They can give work from home but they will not even for strong reasons. Even if you have leave balance, you cannot take those leaves and there are no leaves given for any holidays. It's like working 365 days a year without even gazetted holidays.

Nothing good about the company.

Dislikes

...much of overtime and you must work on 6th days as well. No proper compensations. You will not get your promised referral bonus and the HR recruiters are very unresponsive. Keep in mind that the week Off’s will be changed every week without consulting with you first. Overall, totally not recommended.
