The inventive structure is good but they find loopholes when giving salary.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is terrible. Even if you are unwell but can simply walk somehow, you are bound to come to office. They can give work from home but they will not even for strong reasons. Even if you have leave balance, you cannot take those leaves and there are no leaves given for any holidays. It's like working 365 days a year without even gazetted holidays.

Frankly speaking apart from salary no other activities or employee groming events. Good company of Tamilians and good for again tamilians.

Dislikes

No Job security, No growth. One has to fight for any pramotions even if you geninuenly perform well. Every year appraisal they bring up conditions so that employee can be stuck for again 6 months.

This is the best place to work as no experience at all and you will learn a lot. They also provide an opportunity for fresher to work with the best technology. Getting opportunities to learn and develop in a career is not a problem in Iopex. The pay is quite low for a fresher.

Dislikes

The work pressure is pretty high and the salary is low when compared to the market. The Work-Life Balance is collapsed.

There is a growth and a path to learn more and upskill ourselves in this organisation.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is difficult to maintain. There should be more compensation and benefits for the employees. It would create a better environment overall, if these things were implemented.
