...hift allowances can be availed only for night shift that too Rs.75 per shift. Cab can be availed but they will deduct from salary Nothing much to appreciate. Company policies are very low

Worst company, hiring managers says they will give good package but in offer letter u get completely different and in hand it peanuts, they cheat in the name of variable pay, they never pay it but show in offer letter as 15% , u work 100% but get paid 60% as others amounts will be taxes and deductions

Average work environment and there could have been less micro management, Teammates always looking out for us supportive and the management should start being ears for their employee. Cafeteria is good but not the food and drinks, company policies must be redesigned, senior employee working for 2 years haven't received their appraisal, overall it's a company for fresher to pull in with bond and not for experienced.

Dislikes

Adding to the points above lot of cheap politics, community based appraisal, salary is decent, senior management can have word with HR department to come up with changes.

Work nature is good and there is no work pressure, Freshers can join if they don't have job or not yet get job. Company policy will not compactable for preson who needs to develop their skills and move.

...are good and kind persons. Training wise good but cannot expect that in project. Salary is very much low for one can sustaine their life. Also same as appraisal worst than I have ever heared. They are more concious to develop their ecosystem not considering employees career growth. Better for to get experience and move. This is preferable for freshers.

...onderful and spacious workspace, approachable and most reliable Management team. Whoever perform really well are always acknowledged and elevated to next level with market standard compensation.

Nothing comes to my mind when I read this question. This itself clearly shows there aren't anything much to dislike. However this perspective differ from one another.
