Culture is very bad....Very worst management policy....They gave the salary as a pocket money🤣🤣. Very very less increment .Skill development is Zero. You get promotion after 3 yr with 12%... For senior management,Company policy is very very good...( Just Chill and relax ...salary credited on time).

...king better growth. this company has been installed and work on new technology .salary is being on date to date and good communication skill make better environment for me . there are no problem for leave they give promotion time to time .its a big platform for me . this company is making drinking water for Indian railway also....etc
