No Growth here. Salary was very low. Management was so old in all others activity. In this 21st century they are far bhind from new technology and new system.

Job security and careless supervision over the employees. No pressure to work. Only you have to expend your own money all over.

Payments and salary issue. Client dissatisfied. No prior support and without intimation and information they always do anything with their employees.

For site engineers, There is nothing to like. They just hire by saying there legacy for years But They cant give you a basic standard of salary. Don't destroy your career for this company. They want engineers in salary of labours. Every Good employees leaves this company after 1-2 years of experience. For site engineers, no work life balance. In site conveyance, They give 225 rupees for fooding allowance per day.

Dislikes

Don't follow herd. As an engineer, Feels like a labour working for 10-20 k salary. No work life balance- 6-8 months continues working on site. The industry they are in have not much potential. Not big companies in india you can apply after leaving ion exchange. So, even after learning water treatment skills, There is not any growth in engineering career.

It's environment is very adjustable and it's technical services and technical person is multi talanted by them we learn and grow our Carrier..and the point of view of politics everywhere its present but if person capable to adjust anywhere then no problem..

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt new technology, high quality products and has global client base. There is a lot to learn and I have learn a lot here .

Dislikes

Compensation is not decent and growth is slow also. I do the work on holiday in client complaint but manager don't value an individual's unique strengths.
