...oney in travelling and those claim amount also is not getting cleared currently. The HR is very cool and saying all your amounts will be cleared month and there salary date is 10 of every month I have to spend my out of pocket amount which was not said to me during my interview and if interview takes place they don't have a proper hr team in respective branches in every state

Very non cooperative employees everyone is a cheater since they made it as a habit to cheat since they are trained for it, to cheat people and sell there products don't even consider ion exchange as a big company they are a big company with small companies mind set. My humble request try consider joining another good company. If you don't have any job struggling for job can join this company. Don't think it a big company by outer appearance one of the worst to work with.

They paying salary timely.

The work at lon Exchange is very slow, especially in the proposal department. I have faced it myself; the work mainly involves copy-pasting, and there is no scope for learning anything new. If you already know how to design and create proposals, you can survive, but for those who design or create proposals for ZLD (Zero Liquid Discharge), there is zero scope because even they don't know what they are doing. If someone does any work, instead of being appreciated, they might get scolded for no reason. For example, if your copy-paste work isn't done properly, you might be asked to work an extra hour just for editing. I don't think you need to be a graduate to do this work; anyone can do it. Yet, they still want graduates so they can make them do copy-paste work. There's also a lot of politics and favoritism; those who do nothing but know politics can survive, otherwise, the proposal environment is very toxic.

...ny. Company don't feel like sharing future projection of company with employees. 3) Seniors try to exploit juniors by giving big work loads with minimum salary. 4) Bad mouthing and yelling on juniors is very common by managers and even the CEOs; even in meetings.

Nothing apart from the product technology is good ! In this digital era, things still happen in a traditional approach. In a nutshell, they are quite backword technologically and in their planning/ support and execution. It's not at all a match for someone from the new generation! However, someone in their late 30's and mid 40's would be a good fit here. It's not the fault of the company, it's purely the fault of MBA colleges and B-Schools that they bring such companies for final placement (no surprise, they need to show 100% placement). So do a proper research at your end before joining any such company. I resigned from the company and looking out for better opportunities to have that stability in life.

...not funded by ION Exchange, don't do this mistake of joining that department! Less salary compared to the standard of Management Trainees that they get in other companies. You would be shown "Rosy picture" during the induction, don't at all fall for it. They themselves are unclear about what they expect you to do. They will randomly try anything and everything (except for advertising for their product and the company and ultimately you will have the pay the price for not meeting the target. You would be promised TA of 4000/- (Rs.150 per day, which is quite less) per month but what you would actually get is Rs. 1500/- which is even lesser HRA that you get is Rs2000/- per month. I don't know in which city can a person survive in such small amount, not ever in a Tier-3 city/ town. And btw you might have to work on sundays as well, unofficially and yes you don't get paid for it. First of the don't apply for such a company & even if you do & get selected for the company, reject the offer, you would get far better opportunities in the market.
