Nothing to like about it. Minimum 1 star if not provided 0 will be given. Plant management plays with employee career and give lot of good salary hike beacause nobody wants to join company.

Salary on time. Good increments as compared to other pharma and chemical industries.

Canteen food quality not so good in shifts than G shift. Smartphones are necessary upto E1 employess for more output. A.c bus might be started and increases the fare accordingly(in summer)

Good in all members of communication and behavior and all work si systematic and safety provision is good.

Fresher salary is more than 1&2 year experience person and only fresher hire local persons and after training not provide any vehicle on time

...re the technician's work is done by the engineer And the technician as a helper. Salary deduction is very high, they take around 7 to 8k deduction on salary.
