New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Dislikes

There is a lot of politivs and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is zero. There is a numbers of HOD'S and they don't know how to respect there junior's. They don't listen any problems. They always comes forward to create problems for their junior's. They always torcher you so that you can leave company. Same did happen to me. Now today I don't have any job, no money in my account, no future. Speaking truth is biggest crime in IOL.

Dislikes

Canteen food quality not so good in shifts than G shift. Smartphones are necessary upto E1 employess for more output. A.c bus might be started and increases the fare accordingly(in summer)

...re the technician's work is done by the engineer And the technician as a helper. Salary deduction is very high, they take around 7 to 8k deduction on salary.
