There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Bhut kam rehta tha QC me khana khane ka bhi time ni milta

- Management is not satisfactory. - You have to learn each and everything at your own. - leg pulling system in employees.

Salary on time. Good increments as compared to other pharma and chemical industries.

Dislikes

Canteen food quality not so good in shifts than G shift. Smartphones are necessary upto E1 employess for more output. A.c bus might be started and increases the fare accordingly(in summer)

Good in all members of communication and behavior and all work si systematic and safety provision is good.

Dislikes

Fresher salary is more than 1&2 year experience person and only fresher hire local persons and after training not provide any vehicle on time

...re the technician's work is done by the engineer And the technician as a helper. Salary deduction is very high, they take around 7 to 8k deduction on salary.
